考察了超声波-微波协同萃取南五味子木脂素的工艺条件。采用L9(34)的正交实验考查了萃取剂浓度,萃取时间,微波功率,液固比的影响效果。实验结果表明,优化的提取条件是:萃取剂乙醇浓度为90%,萃取时间为10min,微波功率为70W,液固比为15∶1(mL/g)(超声波功率内置为50W)。优化条件下木脂素得率为5.86%。将提取物利用高效液相制备色谱分离纯化,得到了五味子酯甲,产品纯度为98%,得率为0.16%。
The technological conditions of synergistic extraction of nanosheji lignans by ultrasonic wave and microwave were investigated. The effects of extraction agent concentration, extraction time, microwave power and liquid-solid ratio were investigated by orthogonal experiment of L9 (34). The experimental results showed that the optimized extraction conditions were as follows: the concentration of ethanol was 90%, the extraction time was 10 min, the microwave power was 70W, and the ratio of liquid to solid was 15:1 (mL / g) (ultrasonic power was 50W). Under the optimum conditions, the yield of lignan was 5.86%. The extract was purified by high performance liquid chromatography to obtain Schisandra ester A, the product purity was 98%, the yield was 0.16%.
