以带叶兜兰同种异株授粉的果实为试验材料,采用正交实验设计,研究了非共生条件对带叶兜兰种子萌发的影响,以期为带叶兜兰的快速繁殖并最终实现产业化生产提供技术参考。结果表明:基本培养基的种类是带叶兜兰非共生萌发的主要影响因素,初步筛选出种子非共生萌发较适宜培养基为1/2MS+1.5mg·L~(-1) 6-BA+0.6mg·L~(-1) NAA+0.75mg·L~(-1) AC+2.5%蔗糖+0.46%琼脂+100mL·L~(-1)椰汁;果实的成熟度影响种子萌发所历经的胚龄、原球茎的颜色及其后续发育,果龄过短或过长都不利于种子发育,带叶兜兰离体培养的最佳时间为果龄180d。
