《经济日报》是一张年轻的报纸,青年记者在编辑部占了很大比例。我的同行告诉我,经济日报总编辑安岗和其他领导同志都很重视对中青年记者的培养。他们支持罗开富徒步采访红军万里长征路,在记者队伍中引起了“六级地震”,紧接着,驻河北记者董立国骑车采访河北四十六县,又有赵健、邓维的“西藏行”和姜洋的“长江行”……我在北京王府井大街经济日报编辑部访问时,无论在记者调度中心,夜班编辑室,还是其他部门,仿佛置身于处处有生气的环境里。在那儿,中青年编辑、记者挑起了大梁。特别是记者调度中心指挥记者采访,编发出一组组组合报道的,竟是几个青年人。我,不由地想起两年前,安岗同志对该报青年同志说过的话:“我喜欢和青年人在一起,有人认为,青年人常招麻烦,我不这样看。我们自己都是从青年过来的,我十七岁参加革命,十九岁从事新闻工作,一直到现在。《经济日报》对青年人来说,是事业的开拓,对我来说,可能就是生命的归宿。”给中青年记者提供施展才华的机会,使他们成为经济日报社的一支重要力量,也许就是安岗所说的“生命的归宿”所闪现的色彩! When I was visiting the editorial office of Economic Daily, Wangfujing Street in Beijing, I felt as if I was exposed to an environment full of life, no matter in the press dispatch center, night shift editing room, or other departments. There, young and middle-aged editors and reporters provoked the beam. In particular, the press dispatch center commanded the reporter to interview and compiled a series of group composition reports, but actually several young people. I could not help thinking of Comrade An Gang’s remark to the newspaper’s young comrade two years ago: ”I like to be with young people. Some people think that young people often have troubles, and I do not think so. We are all from young people Come here, I participated in the revolution at the age of 17, and engaged in journalism at the age of 19. From now on, Economic Daily is a pioneering undertaking for young people and for me it may be the end of life. Youth journalists provide an opportunity to display their talent and make them an important force in the Economic Daily, perhaps the color that An Gang calls “the destiny of life”!
