目的:探讨用溶度参数表征中药复方的溶解性能。方法:通过基团贡献法和反相气相色谱法(IGC)测定良肤处方有效成分及全方混合物的Hansen三维溶度参数,利用Hansen solubility parameter in practice(HSPiP)软件绘制Hansen溶解球,考察良肤处方有效成分及全方混合物在不同溶剂中的溶解情况,并采用近似溶解度试验进行验证。结果:在Hansan溶解球中,良肤有效成分与全方混合物能溶解在正辛醇、丙酮、醋酸乙酯、三氯甲烷、乙醚中,微溶于甘油、丙二醇、甲醇、乙醇,在水中难溶,都属于脂溶性物质,这与近似溶解度试验的结果吻合。结论:可利用溶度参数对中药有效成分及复方的溶解性能进行表征,该法与传统方法相比准确、方便、直观。
Objective: To investigate the solubility parameters of traditional Chinese medicine compound with solubility parameters. Methods: The Hansen three-dimensional solubility parameters of effective ingredients and all-round mixture of Liangfuk prescriptions were determined by group contribution method and reversed-phase gas chromatography (IGC). The Hansen lysis balls were drawn with Hansen solubility parameter in practice (HSPiP) The active ingredient in the skin and the dissolution of the whole mixture in different solvents were verified by using the approximate solubility test. Results: In Hansan Dissolving Ball, the effective components of the good skin and all-round mixture can be dissolved in n-octanol, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform, ether, slightly soluble in glycerol, propylene glycol, methanol, ethanol, Soluble, belong to the fat-soluble material, which is consistent with the results of the approximate solubility test. Conclusion: The solubility parameters of traditional Chinese medicine can be used to characterize the solubility of traditional Chinese medicine. The method is accurate, convenient and intuitive compared with traditional methods.
