本研究以一次探究式教学模式工作坊的组织为例,说明外语教师跨学科合作与互动发展可以采取的路径,为外语教师在教学领域孤军奋战的局面提供了一个解决思路。在探究式教学模式工作坊中,外籍教授、外语教师和其他学科教师间形成了一种良性互动,这种互动不仅仅是在线下的教室中,还延伸到工作坊结束后的线上虚拟空间,实现了教师群体的长期虚拟共同体。教学工作坊形式是实现外语教师跨学科合作与互动发展的简便易行的方法,可以在未来大力推行。
This study takes the organization of an inquiry teaching mode workshop as an example to illustrate the path that foreign language teachers can take in interdisciplinary cooperation and interactive development and provides a solution to the situation that foreign language teachers alone struggle in the teaching field. In the inquiry-based teaching mode workshop, foreign professors, foreign language teachers and other subject teachers have developed a positive interaction that extends not only in online classrooms but also in online virtual spaces after the workshops , To achieve a long-term virtual community of teachers. The teaching workshop format is an easy and convenient way to realize the interdisciplinary cooperation and interactive development of foreign language teachers and can be vigorously promoted in the future.
