我国高校自2008年以来尝试创办文化产业管理专业,但效果不是很理想。在广泛调研的基础上,认为目前文化产业管理专业方向识别度不够,课程设计也缺乏核心线索,办学思路上缺乏“走出去,引进来”的开放态度。因此,提出了打造专业核心价值的4个改善建议:专业方向应与其他专业有较高的识别度;培养计划要源于且高于目前行业的需求;课程设计要体现文化产业管理的基本规律;校企合作上实现“产、学、研”一体化的共赢策略。
Since 2008, colleges and universities in China have tried to establish a major in cultural industry management, but the effect is not very satisfactory. On the basis of extensive research, it is considered that there is not enough recognition in the direction of major of cultural industry management, lack of core clues in curriculum design, and lack of “opening-up and introduction” in school-running thinking. Therefore, we put forward four suggestions to improve the professional core value: the professional direction should have a higher recognition degree with other professions; the training plan should come from and be higher than the demand of the current industry; and the curriculum design should embody the basic law of cultural industry management ; School-enterprise cooperation to achieve “production, study, research ” integrated win-win strategy.
