目的初步评价汉口江滩血吸虫病防治综合整治后的灭螺效果。方法采用工程灭螺结合药物灭螺对江滩进行综合整治,比较整治前后的有螺面积、活螺平均密度等螺情监测指标的变化。结果项目工程灭螺面积30.55万m~2,药物灭螺累计面积132.43万m~2。灭螺后滩面有螺面积、有螺框出现率、活螺平均密度较去年同期分别下降了98.40%、92.08%和94.43%,未发现感染性钉螺。结论江滩综合整治后,钉螺滋生环境得到彻底改变,初步评价灭螺效果较好,但仍需对既往有螺环境持续监测以巩固灭螺效果。
Objective To preliminary evaluate the snail control effect after the comprehensive control of schistosomiasis control in Hankou River beach. Methods The project of snail control combined with snail killing was used to comprehensively treat the riverbanks. The changes of snail monitoring indexes such as snail area and average density of live snails before and after treatment were compared. Results The project project snail area 305,500 m ~ 2, drug snail cumulative area of 1,324,300 m ~ 2. There was snail area on the beach surface after molluscicidal snail, and the occurrence rate of snail frame showed that the average density of snail decreased by 98.40%, 92.08% and 94.43% respectively over the same period of last year, and no infectious snail was found. Conclusion After the comprehensive treatment of riverbanks, snails breeding environment has been completely changed, the preliminary evaluation of snail-killing effect is better, but still need to continue to monitor the snail environment to consolidate the snail-killing effect.
