The interleukin-1 receptor associated kinases (IRAKs) are a class of intracellular kinases that play an important role in the Toll-like receptor and interleukin-1 receptor-mediated signaling pathways and play an important role in the inflammatory response Positive or negative regulation. Recent studies have shown that IRAK is involved in the development of neurological diseases such as cerebral ischemia, cerebral hemorrhage, epilepsy and Alzheimer’s disease. This review summarizes the research progress on the relationship between IRAK and nervous system diseases, which helps to study the pathogenesis of neurological diseases and find new treatment directions.
