为了降低露天矿的运输成本,大部分露天矿都在工作面中间位置搭设工作面通向内排的中间桥。通常露天矿都是利用留下部分煤层和剥离物作为基础搭建中间桥。这样导致了煤岩混杂局面,造成煤的损失;随着工作面的推进,需要不断的搭设新桥拆除旧桥,这样不仅给生产管理带来困难,也会导致生产成本的增加。研究设计自移式中间桥,可以解决现行中间桥搭建方式带来的一系列问题,降低生产管理的复杂性,降低生产成本。
