对新配制的AlSi7.5Cu2Mg0.2合金进行正交试验,研究了固溶温度、固溶时间、时效温度及时效时间对合金的硬度、冲击韧度及显微组织的影响。结果表明,固溶温度和时效温度对合金的硬度和冲击韧度影响较大,而固溶时间和时效时间对合金性能的影响较小。这种新成分合金经适当热处理后,硬度最高达128.4 HB,冲击韧度最高达33.8J/cm2,综合性能比现有牌号的铸造亚共晶铝硅合金都要好。
The newly prepared AlSi7.5Cu2Mg0.2 alloy was studied by orthogonal test. The effects of solution temperature, solution time, aging temperature and aging time on the hardness, impact toughness and microstructure of the alloy were studied. The results show that the solution temperature and aging temperature have a great effect on the hardness and impact toughness of the alloy, but the effect of solution time and aging time has little effect on the properties of the alloy. The new composition of the alloy after proper heat treatment, the hardness up to 128.4 HB, impact toughness up to 33.8J / cm2, the overall performance than the existing grades of cast hypoeutectic aluminum-silicon alloys are better.
