采用XRD、显微观察、差示扫描量热法、标准电阻应变计法等,研究了时效处理对Mn70Fe25Cu5合金组织和磁诱发应变的影响。结果表明,在450℃时效时,合金结构和磁诱发应变性能发生轻微变化。当时效温度达到500℃,合金中会析出大量α-Mn相,α相会使得磁诱发应变性能降低。
The effects of aging treatment on microstructure and magnetic induced strain of Mn70Fe25Cu5 alloy were studied by XRD, microscopic observation, differential scanning calorimetry and standard resistance strain gauge method. The results show that the microstructure and the magnetically induced strain change slightly at 450 ℃. When the aging temperature reaches 500 ℃, a large amount of α-Mn phase precipitates in the alloy, and the α-phase makes the magnetically induced strain lower.
