With the deepening and development of the strategic partnership of coordination between China and Russia, the scale of bilateral economic and trade cooperation has been further expanded. The status quo of the research on the various departmental laws in Russia is far from meeting the actual needs of our country. At present, there are not many scholars in our country who are engaged in the research of Russian criminal law, while the books that take the crime constitutional theory in Russian criminal law as the special research object are even more blank. In view of this, the publication of “Research on the Theory of the Composition of Crime in Russia” published by Professor Pang Dongmei of Heilongjiang University Law School appears to be very timely. Apart from the preface and the remaining articles, the book includes about 600,000 words in 9 chapters. The book is available
