本研究以高职学生常见的问题为出发点,选取同专业同年级的两个班级随机分为实验组和平常组,对实验组进行设计10周基于元认知的感恩教育方案,并予以实施。实验前两组各自状况没有显著差异,实验结束后,实验组在各个方面的表现均有提高。因此,基于元认知的感恩教育对高职学生的成长确实有一定的积极影响。
Based on the common problems of higher vocational students, this study selected two classes of the same grade of the same specialty to be randomly divided into experimental group and normal group, and designed 10-week-based gratitude education program based on metacognition for experimental group and implemented it. There was no significant difference between the two groups before the experiment. After the experiment, the performance of the experimental group improved in all aspects. Therefore, Thanksgiving education based on metacognition does have a certain positive impact on the growth of vocational students.
