近年来,随着经济的全球化,企业之间的竞争越来越加激烈,知识型员工已成为企业生存和发展的重要元素之一。企业知识的创造,资源利用与配置,利润最大化等一系列目标的实现都取决于知识型人才。由于知识型员工的特殊性,对知识型员工的激励除了金钱以外,更重要的是其成长、自主和成就。因此,如何有效地激励他们成为目前管理者所需要考虑的问题。本文分析了知识型员工的特点,并据此提出一些激励知识型员工的方法。
In recent years, with the globalization of economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, knowledge workers have become one of the most important elements for the survival and development of enterprises. The realization of a series of goals such as the creation of enterprise knowledge, the utilization and disposition of resources, the maximization of profit depends on the knowledge-based personnel. Due to the special nature of knowledge workers, the incentive for knowledge workers is more important than money, growth, autonomy and achievement. Therefore, how to effectively motivate them to become the current managers need to consider. This article analyzes the characteristics of knowledge workers, and based on that some incentives to motivate knowledge workers.
