一四川地震速报(以《地震旬报》形式散发,以下简称速报)是四川地震台网对地震发生情况的快速监测报告。全川各人工地震台的震情值班员用长途电话把本台记录到的本省M≥2.5、邻省M≥4.5的地震数据报告给省局中心二室速报值班室。速报值班员进行汇总,并利用四川传输地震台网的记录图纸,用计算机处理和人工交切法求出发震时刻(精确到分)、震中经纬度(精确到分)和震级(ML)。因为速报没有充足的时间反复读取各项原始数据和修正结果,使速报数据的精度受到一定影响。
An earthquake report in Sichuan Province (distributed in the form of “Earthquake Newspaper”, hereinafter referred to as Quick Report) is a quick monitoring report of the earthquake on Sichuan Seismograph Network. Seismographs of all artificial seismic stations on duty in the whole country report their seismic data of M≥2.5 and M≥4.5 of their neighboring provinces to the office of the second chamber of the provincial bureau by means of long-distance calls. The quick attendant was collected and the records of seismic transmission network in Sichuan were collected. The time of occurrence of the earthquake (accurate to minute), the latitude and longitude of the epicenter (exact to minute) and the magnitudes (ML) were calculated by computer processing and manual crossing method. Because the speed report did not have enough time to repeatedly read the original data and the results of the amendment, the accuracy of the data reported to be somewhat affected.
