以化工管道用S 135钢钻杆为对象,研究其断裂性能,并对失效后S135钢钻杆的宏观形貌和微观组织进行观察与分析。结果表明,化工管道用S135钢钻杆的断裂形式为脆性断裂,断口位于钻杆的加厚过渡区域。
The S 135 steel drill pipe for chemical pipeline was used as the research object to study its fracture properties. The macro-morphology and microstructure of the S135 steel drill pipe after failure were observed and analyzed. The results show that the fracture form of S135 steel pipe for chemical pipeline is brittle fracture, and the fracture is located in the thickened transition area of drill pipe.
