我国在由人力资源大国走向人力资源强国、由教育大国走向教育强国的过程中,需要认真思考拔尖创新人才的早期培育问题。当前基础教育如何开展拔尖创新人才早期培育的实验,探求具有我国特点的拔尖创新人才早期培育基本规律,成为一个艰巨而紧迫的课题。上海中学在十余年的资优生教育探索以及于2008年在上海市中学中率先开展“创新素养培育实验项目”的基础上,形成了一些高中阶段推进拔尖创新人才早期培育的基本规
In the process of going from a big human resources country to a powerful human resources power and from a big educational country to a powerful country for education, our country needs to seriously think about the early cultivation of top-notch innovative talents. At present, it is an arduous and urgent issue how to carry out experiments in the early days of top-notch creative talents in elementary education and probe into the basic rules of early-stage cultivation of top creative talents with Chinese characteristics. Based on more than ten years of gifted students education in Shanghai High School and the first pilot program of “innovative accomplishment cultivation” in Shanghai Middle School in 2008, Shanghai High School has formed some basic rules for promoting the early cultivation of top-notch creative talents in senior high schools.
