1994年4月28日,地处陕西省西安市闹市区的唐城百货大厦发生一起特大抢劫杀人案件。案犯杀死两名值班人员,抢走1340件黄金首饰,价值81万余元。案发后,省、市领导亲临现场,公安部刑侦局邀请黑龙江、四川等地专家赶赴西安“会诊”。西安市局组织精兵强将,紧紧抓住现场勘查取证和销赃控制两道关,充分依靠人民群众,于5月18日一举将案犯张××抓获,被枪黄金首饰悉数追回。该案能得以迅速侦破,认真、细致、缜密的现场勘查工作起了关键作用。本文试就该案现场勘查中的经验和教训做一总结性研讨,供各地同行参考。现场及勘查简况:现场位于西安唐城大厦五楼,营业大厅内分布有文教用品、童装柜台及金店(专柜)、快餐厅等。营业大厅一侧有一消防通道(楼道),与楼外露天消防楼梯相连接。通道门口一侧有一配电房,房内有两面多扇钢窗,玻璃扇外开。通道内还有男、女厕所及几间办公室。金店内分两部分,一侧为黄金首饰柜台;一侧
