胶质瘤是中枢神经系统最常见的肿瘤 ,近年来 ,尽管在临床医学方面取得了一定的进展 ,但胶质瘤患者的预后仍较差。胶质瘤细胞可通过多种机制逃避机体的免疫监视。探讨胶质瘤免疫逃逸的机制对于研究胶质瘤的发生发展规律及进一步提出并改进胶质瘤的治疗方案具有非常重要的意义。
Glioma is the most common tumor of the central nervous system. In recent years, although some progress has been made in clinical medicine, the prognosis of glioma patients is still poor. Glioma cells can evade the body’s immune surveillance through a variety of mechanisms. To explore the mechanism of glioma immune escape for the study of the occurrence and development of glioma and to further propose and improve the treatment of glioma is of great significance.
