针对低温储罐焊接技术,在简要概述焊接施工工艺的基础上,对纵缝、环缝焊接以及壁板人孔、接管焊接等技术手段进行分析,并提出焊接裂纹形成机理与断裂力学,最后得出通过对自动化焊接技术的应用,能获得质量优异的焊接接头的结论,旨在为储罐焊接领域的持续发展提供可靠的技术支撑。
Aiming at the welding technology of cryogenic storage tank, based on the brief introduction of the welding construction technology, the technical measures of longitudinal seam, girth welding, manhole and wicket welding are analyzed and the welding crack formation mechanism and fracture mechanics are proposed. Finally, Through the application of automated welding technology, can get the conclusion of excellent quality welded joints, which aims to provide reliable technical support for the continuous development of the tank welding field.
