随着2016年全国“两会”的召开,“工匠精神”一词红遍大江南北。“工匠精神”不仅首次出现在政府工作报告中,也出现在技师学院开学第一课中。转型期的中国需要工匠精神,培养技能人才的职业院校又该如何培养新一代工匠。长期以来,职业教育更多关注专业知识的学习与专业技能的训练,能够实现就业即可,而对学生职业的长远发展研究得并不深入。在这样的环境教育出来的人自然会缺乏工匠精神,也很难不断生产出高精尖的产品。从内外环境这两个方面分析职校生工匠精神的培养。
