目的通过分析平凉市及所辖1区6县的8所妇幼保健机构人力资源现状,探讨各妇幼保健院(站)人力资源存在的问题,为妇幼卫生人才队伍建设和卫生行政部门决策提供信息。方法收集2013年平凉市所辖1区6县妇幼保健机构监测数据,并进行描述性分析。结果 8所妇幼保健机构中保健人员数量均达不到标准规定下限的50%;各机构中大专及以下学历人员占50%以上;中级及以下职称人员占90%以上,市级机构优于县区级。结论 2013年平凉市各妇幼保健机构存在人员总量偏少、学历层次较低、职称结构不合理、专职保健人员配备不足及各区县人员配备差异较大等问题,平凉市妇幼保健机构人才队伍需整体优化。
Objective To analyze the human resource status of 8 maternal and child health care institutions in Pingliang City and 6 districts of 1 area and to discuss the existing problems of human resources in MCH stations and to provide information for the construction of MCH team and decision-making of health administrative departments. Methods The data collected from 6 maternal and child health care institutions in 6 districts in 1 district of Pingliang in 2013 were collected and analyzed descriptively. Results The number of health workers in 8 maternal and child health institutions all reached less than 50% of the lower limit of the standard. More than 50% of the staff were majored in junior and junior high schools or above in the institutions. More than 90% District level. Conclusions In 2013, the total number of maternal and child health institutions in Pingliang City was relatively low, the academic level was lower, the title structure was irrational, the full-time health care staffing was inadequate, and the staffing levels in all districts and counties were quite different. The talent pool of Pingliang MCH institutions needed Overall optimization.
