编辑指引金融危机的爆发会令整个国家陷入混乱,即使业绩优良的公司也不能幸免于难。如果公司管理层能未雨绸缪,采取措施为抵御金融危机做好准备,那么公司也许就能在供应链发生问题时立刻做出反应。然而事实上,大多数公司都没有做到这一点。危机来临时,很多管理者惊慌失措,不知从何处着手摆脱危机;更多的管理者认为要抵御危机,自己所能主动采取的做法极为有限,难免灰心丧气。麦肯锡公司的专家通过对历届金融危机的研究发现:尽管管理者几乎无力改变产生金融危机的外部条件,但他们在危机发生后最初几天里的行动,却可使公司的命运出现天壤之别——赢家通常是那些在危机来袭前一百天就能采取五项战术并收到良好效果的公司。
