目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定连蒲双清片中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:以Symmetry Shild RP C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾(磷酸调pH值至3.0)(25:75)为流动相,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为350 nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.14-1.44μg范围内呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为97.6%,RSD=1.3%(n= 6)。结论:所建方法简便、准确、重复性好。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Lianpu Shuangqing Tablets. Method: A column of Symmetry Shild RP C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was columned with acetonitrile-0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (pH adjusted to 3.0) (25 : 75) is a mobile phase with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1 and a detection wavelength of 350 nm. RESULTS: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.14-1.44 μg. The average recovery was 97.6% and RSD was 1.3% (n = 6). Conclusion: The established method is simple, accurate, and reproducible.
