目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清内脂素(visfatin)和血管内皮细胞钙黏蛋白(VE-cadher-in)水平的动态变化。方法分别采用ELISA法和免疫比浊法测定116例HIE患儿及40例正常新生儿血内脂素和VE-cadherin水平。结果生后2 h内HIE各组(重、中、轻)内脂素和VE-cadherin水平显著高于对照组(t=17.38,16.24,12.86;17.56,16.14,12.48,P值均<0.01),并且随着病情程度的加重而逐渐升高。内脂素和VE-cadherin水平生后第1天时最高,轻度组第3天基本恢复正常,中度组第3天有明显下降,第10天基本恢复正常。重度组第3天无明显下降,第10天有明显降低,但仍高于对照组(t=11.27,11.36,P值均<0.01)。HIE患儿血清内脂素水平与VE-cadherin水平呈显著正相关(r=0.67,P<0.01)。结论新生儿HIE血内脂素和VE-cadherin水平变化与HIE严重程度有关。
Objective To investigate the changes of serum visfatin and VE-cadherin in neonates with hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Blood levels of visfatin and VE-cadherin were measured in 116 HIE infants and 40 normal neonates by ELISA and immunoturbidimetry respectively. Results The levels of visfatin and VE-cadherin in HIE groups were significantly higher than those in control group within 2 h (t = 17.38,16.24,12.86; 17.56,16.14,12.48, P <0.01) , And gradually increased with the severity of the disease. The levels of visfatin and VE-cadherin were the highest on the first day after birth, and returned to normal on the third day in the mild group. On the third day, the levels of visfatin and VE-cadherin decreased significantly, and returned to normal on the 10th day. Severe group on the 3rd day no significant decline, the 10th day was significantly lower, but still higher than the control group (t = 11.27,11.36, P <0.01). There was a significant positive correlation between serum visfatin and VE-cadherin in children with HIE (r = 0.67, P <0.01). Conclusions The changes of plasma visfatin and VE-cadherin levels in neonates with HIE are related to the severity of HIE.
