本文简要介绍了主泵变频器的结构和功率单元旁路技术的基本原理,以四级功率单元串联的变频器结构为例,分别在无功率单元旁路、一相旁路一个功率单元、一相旁路两个功率单元和两相各旁路一个功率单元的情况下,通过功率单元旁路技术分析和计算满足主泵变频器输出线电压时单个功率单元的最小输出电压要求,分析和计算的过程同时也验证了主泵变频器功率单元的旁路冗余能力。
