目的研究熟地黄、泽泻、郁金合煎液中5-羟甲基糠醛、23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量的变化,为探讨三药合煎液的药效物质奠定基础。方法药材分为单煎-1(熟地黄)、单煎-2(泽泻)、单煎-3(郁金)、合煎-1(熟地黄/泽泻)、合煎-2(熟地黄/郁金)、合煎-3(泽泻/郁金)、合煎-4(熟地黄/泽泻/郁金)等7组,分别制备水煎液干浸膏,超声法提取,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测并计算煎出量(以药材计)。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛煎出量由高至低依次为单煎-1、合煎-1、合煎-4、合煎-2;23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量由高至低依次为合煎-3、合煎-1、合煎-4、单煎-2。结论与熟地黄、泽泻单煎液比较,合煎液中5-羟甲基糠醛煎出量降低,23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量增加,且差异均具有显著性(P<0.01),推测三药合煎液发挥药效作用可能与23-乙酰泽泻醇B有关,一定程度上为阐明三药合煎液的药效物质提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To study the changes of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and 23-acetyl alisol B in the decoction of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Alisma orientalis and Fructus Turcz, and to lay the foundation for the study of the medicinal substances of the three medicinal decoctions. Methods The medicinal materials were divided into three categories: single fried-1 (Rehmannia glutinosae), single fried-2 (Alisma orientale), single fried-3 / Turmeric), combined fried -3 (Alisma orientalis / turmeric), combined fried -4 (Rehmannia glutinosa / Alisma orientalis / turmeric) and other 7 groups were prepared decoction dry extract, ultrasonic extraction, Determination by HPLC (HPLC) and calculate the amount of fried (in medicine). Conclusions Compared with the Decoction of Radix Rehmanniae Decoction and Zexu Decoction, the decocted amount of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural in co-decoction decreased and the amount of 23-acetyl leucopenol B increased, with significant difference (P <0.01) It is speculated that the synergistic effects of three medicinal decoctions may be related to 23-acetyl alisol B, which provides a scientific basis for elucidating the pharmacodynamic substances of the three medicinal decoctions to a certain extent.
