目的研究熟地黄、泽泻、郁金合煎液中5-羟甲基糠醛、23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量的变化,为探讨三药合煎液的药效物质奠定基础。方法药材分为单煎-1(熟地黄)、单煎-2(泽泻)、单煎-3(郁金)、合煎-1(熟地黄/泽泻)、合煎-2(熟地黄/郁金)、合煎-3(泽泻/郁金)、合煎-4(熟地黄/泽泻/郁金)等7组,分别制备水煎液干浸膏,超声法提取,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测并计算煎出量(以药材计)。结果 5-羟甲基糠醛煎出量由高至低依次为单煎-1、合煎-1、合煎-4、合煎-2;23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量由高至低依次为合煎-3、合煎-1、合煎-4、单煎-2。结论与熟地黄、泽泻单煎液比较,合煎液中5-羟甲基糠醛煎出量降低,23-乙酰泽泻醇B煎出量增加,且差异均具有显著性(P<0.01),推测三药合煎液发挥药效作用可能与23-乙酰泽泻醇B有关,一定程度上为阐明三药合煎液的药效物质提供了科学依据。 OBJECTIVE To study the changes of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural and 23-acetyl alisol B in the decoction of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, Alisma orientalis and Fructus Turcz, and to lay the foundation for the study of the medicinal substances of the three medicinal decoctions.
