目的:观察腐敏注射液对血小板聚集功能的影响。方法:以ADP和CO诱导血小板聚集反应,用血小板聚集仪测定血小板的聚集性。结果:腐敏注射液体外对大鼠ADP和CO诱导的血小板聚集有较强的抑制作用,IC_50分别为0.58g·L~(-1)和0.34g·L~(-1);体内不同剂量50、100、150mg·kg~(-1)均能抑制血小板聚集,与对照组相比有显著性差异,聚集率(%)分别为:ADP诱导:52.17、16.83、31.44,NS为61.31;CO诱导:62.5、29.57、22.13,NS为63.25。结论:腐敏注射液可以抑制ADP和CO诱导的血小板聚集反应。
Objective: To observe the effect of rotten-sensitive injection on platelet aggregation. Methods: ADP and CO were used to induce platelet aggregation. Platelet aggregation was used to determine the platelet aggregation. RESULTS: Rotten-injected liquid had a strong inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation induced by ADP and CO in rats, and the IC 50 was 0.58 g·L -1 and 0.34 g·L -1 , respectively. 50, 100, 150 mg·kg -1 all inhibited platelet aggregation, and there were significant differences compared with the control group. The aggregation rates (%) were: ADP induction: 52.17, 16.83, 31.44, NS was 61.31; CO Induction: 62.5, 29.57, 22.13, NS 63.25. CONCLUSION: The rotten-sensitive injection can inhibit ADP- and CO-induced platelet aggregation.
