利用电子束冷床炉将经混合的回收料与海绵钛熔炼成轧制用方坯,并通过同一轧制工艺将方坯轧制成热轧卷,研究了同一熔炼工艺下,不同原料配比及拉锭速度对杂质元素含量的影响,探究了不同的杂质元素含量对其热轧卷力学性能的影响。结果表明:铸锭整体成分均匀性较好。随着回收料含量的增加及熔炼速率的提高,其热轧卷的抗拉强度不断升高,塑性性能相应下降。
The mixed recycled material and titanium sponge were melted into billets for rolling by electron beam cooling bed furnace. The billets were rolled into hot rolled coils by the same rolling process. The effects of different raw material ratios The effects of different impurity elements on the mechanical properties of HRC were investigated. The results show that the overall composition of the ingot is better. With the increase of the content of recycled materials and the increase of the smelting rate, the tensile strength of hot rolled coil increases continuously and the plastic property declines accordingly.
