为使住宅建筑设计符合实用、安全、卫生、经济的基本要求,并和上海市将发展成国际大都市的社会经济发展相协调,上海市建委以沪建建(94)第632号文颁发了《住宅建筑设计标准》为上海市标准,该标准从1994年10月1日起实施。 《标准》为提高本市住宅建设质量、改善居住环境,满足广大居民对住房套型、面积、卫生、使用、安全、设施和设备等基本功能要求,提供了保证,但在《标准》实施的两年中,住宅设计任意降低标准的情况还是屡见不鲜。为此,上海市建委今起推出加强上海住宅建筑设计标准化管理新举措,建筑业管理办公室以沪建建管(96)第222号文,颁发了“住宅工程设计标准审查实施细则”的通知,各设计单位在完成住宅工程施工图后,应送市工程建设标准化办公室审查其设计,凡不符合《标准》者一律不得付诸施工,以确保上海市
In order to make the residential building design meet the basic requirements of practicality, safety, hygiene and economy, and to coordinate with the socio-economic development that Shanghai will develop into an international metropolis, the Shanghai Construction Committee issued the article No. 632 in Shanghai Construction (94).
