上海重型机床厂MM52125精密双柱导轨磨床是我国自行设计的第一台用砂轮圆周磨削的导轨磨床,它是在无产阶级文化大革命初期试制成功的。稍后,该厂又发展了同一系列中规格较大的MM52160型精密双柱导轨磨床。现将MM52125磨头介绍如下: MM52125导轨磨床磨头结构示如图1。下面仅介绍上海重型机床厂砂轮主轴轴结构,示如图2、图3。主轴轴承为整体成形多油楔轴承,其内面为1.20的锥度,径向等分分布为五个油楔,五个油楔为阿基米德螺旋线,其深度约0.2毫米,端面亦有油楔槽,由于有端面油楔,可以减少局部发热及磨损现象,以降低轴承温升。轴承有进油孔和回油槽,构成润滑循环,其进油孔直径为1毫米,目的产生静压效果,以改
