目的:探讨胶囊内镜检查前不同肠道准备方法的临床效果。方法:在我院消化内镜中心行胶囊内镜检查的60例患者纳入研究,随机分为3组:对照组(A组)、试验组(B组)、试验组(C组),每组各20例。其中A组应用复方聚乙二醇电解质散;B组应用西甲硅油乳剂30 m L及复方聚乙二醇电解质散;C组应用西甲硅油乳剂60 m L及复方聚乙二醇电解质散。观察3组患者的小肠清洁程度、胶囊内镜的通过时间及患者的不良反应。结果:3组患者在年龄、性别、BMI方面无差异。A,B和C组的肠道清洁度分别为50%,75%和85%,B和C组的肠道清洁程度明显优于A组(P<0.05),B和C组之间无明显差异。A,B和C组胶囊内镜通过胃的时间分别为(37.6±8.8),(42.3±5.6)和(45.8±9.3)min,3组之间无显著性差异;通过小肠的时间分别为(280.6±65.3),(303.2±72.5)和(330.9±71.5)min,3组之间无显著性差异。3组患者不良反应比较无统计学差异。结论:胶囊内镜检查前应用西甲硅油联合复方聚乙二醇电解质可达到理想的肠道清洁效果,西甲硅油能有效祛除肠道气泡,提高图像清晰度。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of different bowel preparation methods before capsule endoscopy. Methods: Sixty patients undergoing endoscopy in the digestive endoscopy center of our hospital were included in the study and randomly divided into three groups: control group (group A), test group (group B) and test group (group C) 20 cases each. Among them, group A was given compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder; Group B was given simethicone emulsion 30 m L and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder; Group C was simethicone emulsion 60 m L and compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte. Observe the intestinal cleanliness of three groups of patients, capsule endoscopic passage time and adverse reactions in patients. Results: There was no difference in age, sex and BMI between the three groups. Intestinal cleanliness in groups A, B and C were 50%, 75% and 85%, respectively. The intestinal cleanliness in groups B and C was significantly better than that in group A (P <0.05), but no significant difference between groups B and C difference. There was no significant difference between the three groups in the passage of the endoscope through the stomach in groups A, B and C (37.6 ± 8.8), (42.3 ± 5.6) and (45.8 ± 9.3) min, respectively. The passage through the small intestine was ( 280.6 ± 65.3), (303.2 ± 72.5) and (330.9 ± 71.5) min, respectively. There was no significant difference between the three groups. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the three groups. Conclusion: The application of Silybum Marianum combined with compound polyethylene glycol electrolyte before capsule endoscopy can achieve the ideal intestinal cleaning effect. Silymicum silicone oil can effectively eliminate intestinal air bubbles and improve the image clarity.
