为服务课程改革,解决教师培训重心由课程理念向课堂教学行为转移难题,我们采用了双课堂主题课例式教师培训模式,模式虽然有待进一步完善,但其活力已充分显示:优化了教师培训资源、推介了县域典型课改经验、提升了参训教师课堂教学能力、丰富了研修员(引领教师开展校本研修的骨干教师)理论素养;研修员主动请缨,参训教师乐在其中,基地学校积极配合,乡镇中心校进而思考活动乡本校本化。如此备受欢迎的教师培训成效让我们感到欣慰。
