在台湾地区QR/ECR推动委员会的努力下,品类管理概念引进岛内已有五年多的时间,但岛内执行品类管理的公司大多以外商公司为主,主要原因是这些外商公司在欧美已接触和了解了品类管理的精髓,也在上层主管的支持下执行品类管理的策略应用和流程导入。但究竟品类管理能带给企业什么好处?在岛内与欧美环境迥异的状况下,品类管理可以达到多少成效?来自海峡彼岸的这篇文章将针对品类管理的基本要素和执行时可能面对的问题做一分析。
