透明质酸酶存在于精子的顶体内,借此精子能够进入卵细胞内形成受精卵,但该酶至今尚无好的检测方法。Mecombs和White(1968)的方法可显示组织切片中的透明质酸酶,但用于精子涂片尚未见报道。我们参照该方法,用加有透明质酸钠的底物膜来显示精子的透明质酸酶获得了成功,现将该方法介绍如下。
Hyaluronidase exists in the sperm acrosome, so sperm can enter the egg cells to form fertilized eggs, but the enzyme has so far no good detection method. The method of Mecombs and White (1968) shows hyaluronidase in histological sections, but no use has been reported for sperm smear. With reference to this method, we have succeeded in displaying hyaluronidase from sperm using a substrate film of sodium hyaluronate, and the method is described below.
