目的探讨山茶籽油对不同雌激素的受体-α基因型壮族绝经后妇女骨质疏松(PMOP)的影响。方法选择609例壮族长期食用山茶籽油的妇女(EOC组)和607例壮族长期非食用山茶籽油的妇女(NEOC组)为研究对象,超声定量骨密度仪检测两组妇女右侧的跟骨宽带超声衰减值(BUA),并通过PCR-RFLP测定两组雌激素受体-α基因的多态性。结果 ECO组不同年龄PMOP患病率低于NECO组(P<0.05)。雌激素的受体-α基因PvuⅡ的基因型的频率在两组中存在显著差异,PMOP组中Pp基因型明显增多(P<0.05)。ECO组PMOP携带XbaⅠ酶切位点的Xx基因型分布的频率明显少于NECO组(P<0.05)。结论 Pp基因型可能是绝经后PMOP的易感基因;长期食用山茶籽油对绝经后的PMOP有明显防治作用,Xx基因型是与山茶籽油交互作用防治PMOP的敏感基因。
Objective To investigate the effects of camellia oil on osteoporosis (PMOP) in postmenopausal women with different estrogen receptor - α genotypes. Methods A total of 609 Zhuang edible camellia oil (EOC group) and 607 Zhuang long-term non-edible camellia oil (NEOC group) women were enrolled in this study. The right calcaneus Broadband ultrasound attenuation (BUA), and PCR-RFLP determination of two groups of estrogen receptor-α gene polymorphism. Results The prevalence of PMOP at different ages in ECO group was lower than that in NECO group (P <0.05). The frequency of estrogen receptor-α gene PvuⅡ genotypes was significantly different between the two groups, and the Pp genotype was significantly increased in the PMOP group (P <0.05). The frequencies of Xx genotypes in PMOP carrying Xba Ⅰ restriction sites in ECO group were significantly less than those in NECO group (P <0.05). Conclusions Pp genotype may be the susceptible gene of postmenopausal PMOP. Long-term consumption of camellia oil has significant preventive and therapeutic effects on postmenopausal PMOP. Xx genotype is a sensitive gene for PMOP interaction with camellia oil.
