由上海科技开发交流中心党委书记、副主任姜玉峰和上海技术交易所副总裁杨淦等组成的代表团一行四人,于2002年3月9日至22日针对日韩两国的技术转移事业现状,进行了为期14天的考察和学习。在考察期间,代表团受到了热情洋溢的接待并进行了亲密友好的会谈,进一步加深了与相关机构的合作关系和了解,同时也进一步扩大了与韩、日相关组织的合作。
