运用文献资料法、调查法以及访谈法等研究方法对普通高校体教专业教师职业技能培养中存在的主要问题进行分析和思考,并提出以下建议:强化学生体育教师职业技能观、完善技能训练课程体系;加强技能训练内容的针对性和师资力量;重视体育教育教学实习的长期性与有效性;构建立体化的体育教师职业技能培养模式,形成校园氛围;建立具有专业特色的体育教师职业技能训练指标与评价标准等。
This paper analyzes and thinks about the main problems existing in vocational skills training of physical education teachers in colleges and universities by using the methods of documentation, investigation and interview, and puts forward the following suggestions: strengthening the students’ professional skills and improving the skill training courses System; strengthen the content of skill training targeted and teachers; pay attention to the long-term and effectiveness of physical education teaching practice; build three-dimensional physical education teachers vocational skills training mode, the formation of campus atmosphere; professional sports training with professional skills training Indicators and evaluation criteria.
