目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床特征。方法对确诊的72例UC患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果72例UC中,男女之比为0.84,平均发病年龄(42.7±15)岁,高峰发病年龄30～49岁。临床表现以脓血便(87.5%)、腹泻(79.1%)和腹痛(62.5%)为主,肠道外表现少见。病变以直肠和左侧结肠受累为主,累及直肠18例(25.0%)、直乙状结肠16例(22.2%)、左侧结肠10例(13.8%),直肠加左半结肠受累者共44例(61.1%),全结肠24例(33.3%),节段性或区域性肠段病变4例(5.6%),无结肠癌变患者。结论本组UC发病年龄偏大,临床表现以轻中度多见,但重度患者亦较多,肠外表现较少,病变以左侧结肠炎型最多见,全结肠炎型亦较多见,无癌变和严重并发症患者。
Objective To investigate the clinical features of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods The clinical data of 72 patients with confirmed UC were analyzed retrospectively. Results In 72 UC patients, the ratio of male to female was 0.84, the average age of onset was 42.7 ± 15 years and the peak age of onset was 30 to 49 years old. Clinical manifestations of pus and blood (87.5%), diarrhea (79.1%) and abdominal pain (62.5%) dominated the extra-intestinal performance of rare. Lesions were mainly affected in the rectum and the left colon, involving 18 cases of rectum (25.0%), 16 cases of straight sigmoid colon (22.2%), 10 cases of left colon (13.8%), 44 cases of rectal and left colon involvement 61.1%), total colon in 24 cases (33.3%), segmental or regional bowel lesions in 4 cases (5.6%) without colon cancer. Conclusions The older the age of onset of UC, the clinical manifestations of mild to moderate and more common, but also more severe patients, less parenteral manifestations of lesions in the most common form of the left colitis, full colitis type is also more common, No cancer and serious complications in patients.
