一、针对预备役部队兵员成分既有现役又有预任。“社会多样化”对官兵的影响具有差异性的特点。在教育目标把握上,要把整体上的先进性与操作上的层次性统一起来。(一)应把践行先进性的要求作为教育的总目标。必须坚持以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,围绕先进性的要求,把全面提高官兵的综合素质,培养“四有军人”作为教育的总目标。
First, the composition of the troops for reserve forces both active service and pre-service. The impact of “social diversification” on officers and soldiers is characterized by differences. To grasp the educational goal, we should unify the overall advanced nature with the operational hierarchy. (1) The requirement of practicing the advanced nature should be regarded as the general goal of education. We must adhere to the guidance of the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and regard the requirements of advanced nature as the overall goal of education in order to comprehensively improve the overall quality of officers and soldiers and foster the “four with the military.”
