自七十年代末以来,消失模铸造(FPC法)得到迅猛发展,并在国外已应用到实际生产中。本文通过单因素探索试验确定以石英粉为耐火骨料的基本配方,采用L9(34)正交试验,优化出涂料的CMC,PVA,PNa土合适的加入量及其对涂料性能的影响。运用单因素试验及混料回归设计,对润湿剂、消泡剂及不同骨料种类、粒度组成进行优选。结果表明,消失模涂料配方是:石英粉80-85;高铝矾土15-10;200目石英粉5;消泡剂0.25-0.75g/100g(占水溶液)时涂料具有优良的综合性能和透气性;浇注试验证明,用所研制的涂料浇注铸件的质量、致密度得到提高,可生产出合乎要求的铸件。文章在分析了已有的消失模涂料高温透气性测定方法基础上,设计了消失模涂料高温透气性测定装置,应用结果表明,测得涂料高温透气性接近生产实际。通过扫描电镜和差热分析对所制的涂料分析认为,消失模涂料在400-800℃高温下,由于PVA、CMC的烧失,PNa土的脱水收缩,使消失模涂料透气性随温度的升高而显著提高。
Since the late seventies, the lost foam casting (FPC method) has been developed rapidly, and has been applied to the actual production abroad. In this paper, single factor exploration test to determine the quartz powder as the basic formula of refractory aggregate, the orthogonal test L9 (34), to optimize the coating CMC, PVA, PNa soil addition and its impact on the coating properties. Using single factor experiment and mixed regression design, the wetting agent, defoaming agent and different aggregate types and grain size are optimized. The results show that the coating composition of the lost foam coating is as follows: quartz powder 80-85; bauxite 15-10; quartz powder 200 mesh; antifoaming agent 0.25-0.75g / 100g (aqueous solution) Comprehensive performance and breathability; pouring test proved that the cast coating with the quality of the development of the product, the density has been increased to produce the desired castings. Based on the analysis of the existing methods of measuring the high temperature air permeability of the lost foam coating, the article designed the measuring device of the high temperature air permeability of the lost foam coating. The application results show that the measured high temperature air permeability of the coating is close to the actual production. The analysis of the paint by scanning electron microscopy and differential thermal analysis shows that the lost foam coating can reduce the loss of PVA and CMC and the dehydration and shrinkage of PNa soil at 400-800 ℃, High and significantly improved.
