残余应力是影响套管挤毁抗力的主要因素之一,选择适当的热矫直工艺将降低残余应力,提高套管的抗挤性能。通过对国产244.5mm×11.99mmTP110T高抗挤套管残余应力的分析测试,研究了残余应力的产生过程、测量和控制方法,探讨了残余应力对挤毁压力的影响。
Residual stress is one of the main factors that affect casing collapse resistance. Choosing the appropriate hot straightening process will reduce the residual stress and improve the anti-extrusion performance of the casing. Through the analysis and testing of the residual stress of 244.5mm × 11.99mm TP110T high anti-extrusion casing made in China, the generation process, measurement and control method of residual stress are studied, and the influence of residual stress on collapse pressure is discussed.
