网络化智能化传感器的兴起使得测控网络的搭建效率提高,其关键是要解决传感器与现存各种总线网络之间互换性和互操作性的问题.在各种解决方案中,IEEE1451.2标准利用TII通用接口技术实现二者之间的连接,同时引入电子数据表格(TEDS)使得传感器具有一定的智能.文中对IEEE1451.2标准进行简要描述后,介绍了利用MSP430单片机实现智能变送器的硬件方案,并对TEDS的实现方式进行分析,最终利用LabVIEW编写了TEDS配置界面,实现了对智能变送器的参数配置.“,”A universal standard of sensor interface was proposed by IEEE1451 to solve the problem of incompatibility between sensor and multi-networks. This paper used MSP430 to design a smart transducer interface module (STIM) based on the standard of IEEE1451.2, in order to make the traditional sensor with a universal interface and have the plug-and-play function. At the same time, a friendly and convenient user interface was built with the LabVIEW tool, the transducer electronic data sheet (TEDS) can be changed easily. It set a good example to research the IEEE1451.
