本文报告了利用听觉电生理技术和耳蜗铺片方法从功能和形态两方面研究催产素对卡那霉素耳毒的拮抗作用。实验结果表明催产素对卡那霉素所致耳廓反射阈值和脑干电位阈值的升高及对内耳柯蒂氏器毛细胞的严重损害有明显的拮抗作用。
This paper reports the antagonistic effects of oxytocin on kanamycin ototoxicity in both function and morphology by using auditory electrophysiological techniques and cochlear mapping method. Experimental results show that oxytocin kanamycin-induced auricle reflex threshold and increased threshold of brainstem potential and the inner ear Kedeshi hair cells significantly damage the significant antagonism.
