目的 :了解大剂量阿糖胞苷化疗后 ,患者的药物动力学参数及不良反应。方法 :采用 HPL C法测定患者阿糖胞苷血浓。结果 :用二室动力学模型拟合 ,其分布相半衰期为 (0 .30± 0 .0 5 ) h,消除相半衰期为 (0 .6 4± 0 .11) h。结论 :首次用药与末次用药的药物动力学参数无显著性差异 ,表明阿糖胞苷在儿童体内无蓄积。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the pharmacokinetic parameters and adverse reactions of patients after high-dose cytarabine chemotherapy. Methods: Determination of cytarabine concentration in patients with HPL C method. Results: The two-compartment kinetic model fitted with a half-life of (0.30 ± 0.05) h and an elimination half-life of (0.64 ± 0.11) h. Conclusion: There is no significant difference in pharmacokinetic parameters between the first administration and last administration, indicating that cytarabine does not accumulate in children.
