[目的]通过奶牛粪还田试验,探讨其资源化利用方法。[方法]通过盆栽试验和土壤养分含量的测定,研究奶牛粪与化肥配施对菊苣土壤肥力的影响。[结果]配施奶牛粪后,土壤有机质增加幅度为0.14~1.28倍,全氮为43.8%~79.7%,全磷为17.4%~30.8%;碱解氮为147%~188%;有效磷增幅大于7倍;脲酶活性为17.2%~38.5%;蔗糖酶活性为1.36%~3.34%;其中有机质、全氮、脲酶和蔗糖酶活性以“粪7肥3”处理增幅最高;全磷和有效磷含量以“粪3肥7”处理增幅最佳。表明配施奶牛粪后,土壤肥力得以保持和改善,可为后续的菊苣生产提供较好的土壤条件。[结论]该研究为奶牛粪资源化利用、建立“牧草种植-奶牛养殖-沼气发酵-粪污还田”生态循环模式提供了参考依据。
[Objective] Through the experiment of dairy manure return to explore its resource utilization method. [Method] The pot experiment and soil nutrient content determination were conducted to study the effects of dairy manure and chemical fertilizer on the soil fertility of chicory. [Result] After applying cow dung, the increase range of soil organic matter was 0.14-1.28 times, the total nitrogen was 43.8% -79.7%, the total phosphorus was 17.4% -30.8% and the content of available nitrogen was 147% -188% The activity of urease was 17.2% -38.5%, and the activity of sucrase was 1.36% -3.34%. The activities of organic matter, total nitrogen, urease and sucrase were the highest in “Manure 7” Effective phosphorus content to “dung 3 fat 7 ” the best increase in the treatment. The results showed that with the application of cow dung, soil fertility was maintained and improved, which could provide better soil conditions for subsequent chicory production. [Conclusion] This study provided a reference for the utilization of dairy cow manure and establishment of the ecological cycling model of “pasture cultivation - dairy farming - biogas fermentation - sewage and soil recycling”.
