水稻是我国粮食生产的大头。三中全会以来,我国粮食产量增长很快。目前,由于流通、转化、消费不能与生产同步发展,加上产品质量不高,出现了劣质米积压滞销、优质米供不应求的低水平的粮食过剩现象。随着商品生产的大发展,国内外市场的竞争主要是产品质量的竞争。为了促进优质稻米品种的选育,我们特组织了水稻品质育种科学技术讲座。木讲座内容包括。(1)稻谷的形态结构与大米的市场品质,(2)稻米的化学组成:(3)稻米的蒸煮食味品质和营养品质;(4)稻米品质性状的遗传学研究,(5)我省水稻品质育种的目标和策略;(6)稻米品质性状测定方法概述。以上各讲,本刊从这期起将陆续刊登,以供科研和生产者参考。
Rice is the bulk of China’s grain production. Since the Third Plenary Session, the output of grain in our country has been growing rapidly. At present, due to the fact that the circulation, transformation and consumption can not be synchronized with the production, and the quality of the products is not high, there is a low level of food surplus due to poor quality rice and poor quality rice. With the great development of commodity production, the competition in domestic and foreign markets is mainly the competition of product quality. In order to promote the breeding of high-quality rice varieties, we specially organized a lecture on science and technology of rice quality breeding. Wood course content is included. (1) the morphological structure of rice and the market quality of rice, (2) the chemical composition of rice: (3) the cooking and eating quality and nutritional quality of rice; (4) the genetic study of rice quality traits; (5) Quality breeding objectives and strategies; (6) Overview of rice quality traits determination. Each of the above speaking, this issue will be published from this issue one after another, for scientific research and producer reference.
