本文是将作者在文献[2]所求得的并经实验验证的理论结果,用于研究锥形模超塑挤压的成形规律。按所得的变速挤压工艺规范进行发动机活塞的成形实验,结果表明:变速成形不但可节省成形时间约二分之一,而且成形件的质量亦有显著提高。文中还给出用图解法确定不稳定挤压工艺参数的简便方法,以及挤压时间和挤压流量的解析表达式。
In this paper, the author has obtained in the literature [2] and the experimental verification of the theoretical results used to study the cone-shaped plastic molding superplastic rule. According to the obtained specification of variable speed extrusion process, the forming experiment of engine piston was carried out. The results show that the variable speed forming can save about one half of the forming time and the quality of the formed parts is significantly improved. The paper also gives a simple method to determine the unstable extrusion process parameters by graphical method, as well as the analytical expression of extrusion time and extrusion flow rate.
