21世纪,社会经济的发展速度不断加快,深层次的社会矛盾纠纷不断暴露,企业内部员工对自身利益的诉求与日俱增。虽然近些年来我国企业已经开展了经济改革以及制度调整,然而由于缺乏完善的劳动关系调整体制,劳动关系难以适应社会主义市场经济发展的需求,一系列的劳资纠纷、群体恶性事件频发。在如此的社会背景下,想要有效地发展企业,保证社会的长治久安,就必须采取有效措施健全职工群众诉求机制,及时消除矛盾隐患,这样才能够防止企业内部的矛盾激化。
In the 21st century, the pace of social and economic development is accelerating. Deep-rooted social contradictions and disputes continue to be exposed, and the demands of employees within their own businesses are constantly increasing. Although our country’s enterprises have carried out economic reform and system adjustment in recent years, due to the lack of a sound system of adjustment of labor relations, labor relations are difficult to meet the needs of the development of the socialist market economy. A series of labor disputes and frequent mass crimes occur. Under such a social background, if we want to effectively develop enterprises and ensure long-term peace and stability in our society, we must take effective measures to perfect the appeals mechanism of the workers and staff and promptly eliminate contradictions and hidden dangers so as to prevent intensification of internal conflicts.
