目的建立了同时测定生活饮用水中二溴乙烷、二溴乙烯、三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、四氯乙烯、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、三溴甲烷等9种卤代烃的吹扫捕集-气相色谱-质谱联用方法。方法采用吹扫捕集的方法对水中的卤代烃进行富集,解吸后进入气相色谱-质谱联用仪,经色谱柱分离后,以质谱检测器测定。结果方法的线性范围分别为0.01~0.93μg/L(1,2-二溴乙烯)和0.01~0.80μg/L(其它8种卤代烃),检出限为0.002~0.004μg/L,回收率为84.4%~106%,RSD为1.0%~8.9%。结论该方法灵敏度高、重现性好、操作简单、无需有机溶剂,适用于水中二溴乙烷、二溴乙烯等9种卤代烃的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simultaneous determination of dibromoethane, dibromoethene, trichloromethane, carbon tetrachloride, trichlorethylene, tetrachlorethylene, bromodichloromethane, dibromochloromethane, tribromomethane and the like in drinking water Purification and Trapping of Nine Halogenated Hydrocarbons - Gas Chromatography - Mass Spectrometry. Methods The method of purge and trap was used to enrich the halohydrocarbons in water. After desorption, they were separated into gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and separated by column chromatography. Results The linear range of the method was 0.01-0.93μg / L (1,2-dibromoethylene) and 0.01-0.80μg / L (the other eight kinds of halohydrocarbons) with the detection limits of 0.002-0.004μg / L, respectively. Rates ranged from 84.4% to 106% with RSDs ranging from 1.0% to 8.9%. Conclusion The method has high sensitivity, good reproducibility, simple operation and no organic solvent. It is suitable for the determination of nine halogenated hydrocarbons such as dibromoethane and dibromoethylene in water.
